受全球疫情及中美贸易摩擦影响，2020年中国企业出海投资数量相比2019年大幅下降，2021年中国企业出
海投资热度回升，出海交易数量较2020年增加46%。2022年上半年，由于疫情反复及市场信心欠缺，出境交易数量同比下滑33%。（图23）

自2019年以来，中国资本出海投资生命科学与医疗行业交易共263笔。中国资本投资足迹已遍布北美、亚洲、欧洲等地，其中以美国相关的交易占比最大（图
24）。2019年至2022年6月，美国市场投资交易占总投资事件的67%，亚洲作为第二市场，亦占有17%的份额，主要包括新加坡、以色列、印度等国家。
