Remarks and Special Services: Prices based on 75 people for Breakfast and 150 people for lunch. All equipment necessary for China Service Buffet Style. We will furnish 5 employees.

In order to best serve our mutual interest, the following agreement is made, supplementary to detailed arrangements described above.

The person making arrangements shall notify Henry Daniel's Catering Service of the number of people to be served at least 24 hours before the function and no allowance or credit will be made for any decrease in the number to be served. The guarantee may be increased during this last 24 hour period. Henry Daniel's Catering will be prepared to serve an additional 10 percent.

Henry Daniel's Catering Service will be excused from furnishing the service and food specified, when failure is on account of governmental regulations, riots, flood, fire, or circumstances beyond our control. In the event service cannot be furnished for reasons listed above, it may furnish food and service, as available at prices ordinarily charged for it but not to exceed the price agreed upon.

It is also agreed that the person and the organization making these arrangements shall be responsible for payment of charges as agreed upon above. In the event equipment is left to be used by the customer, the person making arrangements and the organization will assume full responsibility for all equipment, broken, stolen, or lost. Charges will be based on actual cost.
