ACCOUNTING AND APPROPRIATION DATA
The above numbered contract is modified as follows:
Pursuant to the provision of the overhead article which provides for redetermination of the overhead rate under this contract and your acceptance of the rate negotiated by Office of Naval Material, 13 November 1961 the contract is hereby modified to fix the overhead rate for the period 1 July 1959 through 30 June 1960 at 43.8 percent of research direct salaries and wages, provisional thereafter.
Except as hereby modified, all terms and conditions of said contract as heretofore modified remain unchanged and in full force and effect. This Supplemental Agreement is entered into pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (a) (5) (IF APPLICABLE).
